These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Evercor Group Inc. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Services

Evercor Group Inc provides business consulting, strategic leadership, and management support services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in individual service agreements.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
  • Cooperate with our team and respond to requests in a timely manner
  • Make payments in accordance with agreed-upon terms

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship.

Limitation of Liability

Evercor Group Inc’s liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
